How do I choose the right inseam length?
We recommend measuring from crotch to ankle for leggings and crotch to floor for trousers, to compare with our inseam options.
Are Yemzi products tall-friendly?
Yes! Many Yemzi pieces are specifically designed for tall women, including 34 - 40” inseam options and our signature longer sleeves across all styles.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Orders within the UK will arrive within 3 working days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking, which is e-mailed to you within 24 hours of placing you order.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You may also receive order updates through WhatsApp.
How much is UK shipping?
UK tracked delivery is £3.99 and typically arrives within 48 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Yemzi ships worldwide. International tracked delivery usually takes 3–14 working days. International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and you have the option at checkout to pay a £25 flat fee to cover all costs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on UK orders over £80 and over £200 internationally.

What is your return policy?
Yemzi offers a 30-day return window for eligible items. There is a 1% restocking fee for returned items.
Can I exchange my item for another size?
Yes, if the item is available, size exchanges can be arranged. Contact us or submit a request through your customer account.
What condition must returns be in?
Returned items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original packaging
With tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase
